كانت الزيارة الأولى إلى مدينة حلب خلال الفترة من الخامس من شهر (مارس) آذار 2013م وحتى التاسع من الشهر نفسه، حيث تم عقد لقاء مفتوح مع إداريي مؤسسة "جنى" التعليمية؛ بهدف تحديد احتياجات المدرسين التدريبية ودراسة الوضع،

كما تم تقديم دورة في الدعم النفسي في الازمات لـ 65 من المدرسين والمدرسات في عدد من المؤسسات التعليمية الثورية العاملة في حلب لتدربيهم على كيفية تقديم الدعم النفسي للطلاب والطالبات، وإضافة إلى ذلك تم الكشف على عدة حالات فردية وأسرية ممن تأثر نفسياً جراء الوضع الحالي في حلب، كما تم تقديم أربع دورات تدريبية متنوعة.
